Since 2023, we’ve kept over 500,000 single-use plastic bags out of landfill by switching to recyclable, biodegradable sleeves.
Today, 90% of our garments arrive plastic-free - and we’re working with our brands to get that number even higher.
OUR COURIER BAGS
Every online order is sent in a r3pack Recycled Courier Bag, made entirely from recycled plastic. These sturdy, rustic-feel bags are designed to be reused multiple times before they need to be recycled with soft plastics. By using recycled and recyclable packaging, we help to reduce the amount of waste going to landfill.
WE PAY ATTENTION TO DETAIL
We pour thought into every detail of our packaging - from the design to the little friendly notes tucked inside - all with the intention of sparking joy and sharing gentle reminders to care for each other and the planet.

Since 2019, we’ve planted a tree for every online purchase. In 2022, we teamed up with Greenspark to take it further, helping fund reforestation and plastic removal projects with every order. You can track Flo & Frankie's impact via a live dashboard.

MEASURING WHAT MATTERS
We’re working with Toitū Envirocare to map and reduce our operational emissions through their Carbon Assess tool.
Understanding our impact means we can make smarter, more conscious decisions, today and for the future.
REPAIRS WITH PURPOSE
When garments don’t make it to the shop floor, we mend or rework them to give them new life.
We have sent:

- Otepoti-Dunedin Whanau Refuge 80 garments
GREENER THINKING AT HQ
Sustainability starts from the inside out. At our head office, we’ve swapped out single-use plastics and continue to make small, smart changes to reduce our daily impact. It’s a journey, but we’re committed.
WE ARE ON A JOURNEY
We call this a journey, because we know there is always more improvements we can make to become more sustainable, and we feel every little step, no matter how big or small, is important. We recognise we are far from perfect, however, believe that any progress is better than no progress, and are excited to keep aiming to improve our triple bottom line of sustainability.
