Information Collected:
If you have made an order online, we will have received your full name, email address, phone number and delivery address. Aside from receiving order updates from us in the form of an email, you will only receive promotional/marketing emails if you have opted in - You can update your information by contacting customercare@floandfrankie.com or opt-out at any time through the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our promotional emails.
Use of Information:
Like any e-commerce fashion retailer, we need your contact information to process your online order; the information you provide allows us to; get in touch so you know where your order is, contact you if something has changed, and deliver your order safely to your selected address.
All personal details remain strictly with Flo & Frankie and are not distributed to 3rd parties. We will never store or keep a record of your payment details, and these details are only used once during a secure transaction when you are making an online order.
Data sharing excludes text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
Providing some information is optional. If you choose not to enter your physical address, we'll be unable to provide delivery online orders - you do, however, have the option to click & collect from select stores. If you choose not to enter your name or email, we'll be unable to process an online order for you as we need this information to send you your receipt, purchase confirmation, shipping/ click & collect updates and other key information relating to your purchase.

What is a pre-order?
A pre-order allows you to reserve an item before it becomes available for general sale. It’s the best way to secure your size and style before they sell out!
How do I place a pre-order?
Shop as normal, eligible items will be clearly marked as Pre-Order. Just add to cart and check out like usual. We’ll take care of the rest!
When will I be charged?
Your card will be charged at the time you place your pre-order, securing your item ahead of release.
Can I cancel or change my pre-order?
Yes! You can cancel your pre-order any time before it ships. Just click the link below to manage your order:

You may notice a slightly different checkout experience for pre-orders. That’s because we partner with Purple Dot, a trusted pre-order platform, to help us manage this process smoothly.
What happens if there’s a delay with my pre-order?
While rare, delays can happen. If your estimated shipping date changes, we’ll contact you right away and give you the option to wait or cancel for a full refund.
Will pre-order items ever sell out?
Yes! Pre-order stock is limited. Once it's gone, items will be marked as Sold Out. We recommend ordering early to avoid missing out.
Can I return a pre-ordered item?
