If you have made an order online, we will have received your full name, email address, phone number and delivery address. Aside from receiving order updates from us in the form of an email, you will only receive promotional/marketing emails if you have opted in. You can update your information by contacting customercare@floandfrankie.com.au or opt out at any time through the unsubscribe button at the bottom of our promotional emails. 

Like any e-commerce fashion retailer, we need your contact information to process your online order; the information you provide allows us to; get in touch so you know where your order is, contact you if something has changed, and deliver your order safely to your selected address. 

All personal details remain strictly with Flo & Frankie and our service providers and are not distributed for use by 3rd parties. We will never store or keep a record of your payment details, and these details are only used once during a secure transaction when you are making an online order.
