Can i use my discount codes during the Black friday sale?
During the Black Friday Sale, online discount codes will be ineligible for use throughout the sale period. This excludes using existing credits and gift cards.
Can i return my black friday order?
Yes! Items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund.
How long will it take for my black Friday order to arrive?
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday. Once dispatched, delivery can be expected within 1-2 working days. More rural areas in New Zealand may take anywhere between 2-3 working days.
Due to a high volume of orders during sale periods and the public holiday dates in New Zealand, we anticipate a 3-5 business day delay to the dispatch of all orders. Our warehouse and online customer service teams are working extra hard to get your orders out the door and respond to your emails.
