We happily accept returns within 30 days.
Online Returns Policy
The Returns Form must be fully completed and included with your parcel.
Full priced items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product for an exchange, credit or refund.
Sale items can be returned within 30 days of receiving the product for an exchange or credit.
All items must be returned in their original condition with all original tags attached with no sign of wear.
We're sorry but we cannot accept returns on lingerie, swimwear and earrings for hygiene reasons.
Our friendly customer service team can help you with your return from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.

How Do I Send Back My Return?
For all returns, please post your parcel to our returns address noted below. Online returns are processed during business hours Mon-Fri, from 9am-5pm:

Faulty or Damaged Items
If you believe your item has a fault, please email images of the fault and your order number through to our friendly Customer Care team at care@floandfrankie.com.au and they'll be happy to help.
We aim to repair all items so you can continue to enjoy them and avoid garments ending up in unnecessary landfill.
