CHRISTMAS DELIVERY CUT-OFFS
For all online orders to standard addresses in New Zealand and Australia, the delivery cut-off was Thursday, 19th December, at 11:55 PM.
Orders will be shipped via NZ Post (New Zealand) and DHL (Australia). While we will do our absolute best to ensure your goodies arrive on time, please note that we cannot guarantee delivery before Christmas for orders placed after the cut-off date.

AUSTRALIA DELIVERY TIME FRAMES
We are currently partnered with DHL for international shipping to Australia.
We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday for orders received before 10am AEST.
Metro cities across Australia can expect delivery within 1 day excluding Perth and Cairns which will take 1-2 days. Rural areas across Australia will take anywhere between 2-3 days.

DELAYS DURING SALES PERIODS
Please note that during our sale/promotional events such as Black Friday and Christmas, delivery may be longer than the specified delivery times.
To guarantee delivery before Christmas, we recommend placing your order by 18th December to ensure it arrives on time.
BULKY ITEMS
Bulky items can be a bit tricky when it comes to delivery. If this is the case it will be identified in the product description and is excluded from normal shipping costs, however we’ll contact you with a freight quote on your request.
