Birthday Sale Terms & Conditions

Our Birthday Sale promotion is valid from 6:00pm on Thursday, 24th October to 11:59pm on Monday, 28th October, available both online and in-store. The offer includes 25% off selected fashion, as featured, plus an extra 25% off already discounted fashion. Excludes all accessories, all footwear, all homeware, and all gifts. Prices and offers will be automatically applied at checkout, no need to enter a code.

This promotion is available ONLINE ONLY.

As per our standard Return Policy for Sale items, all fashion purchased during the Birthday Sale is eligible for a full refund or exchange, unless marked as FINAL SALE.

CODES

During the Birthday Sale, online discount codes will be ineligible for use from 6:00pm on 24th October to 11:59pm on 28th October. This promotional event offers exclusive discounts on our fashion, and as such, additional discounts cannot be applied during this time. We encourage customers to take advantage of the exciting deals and savings available during this special event. Thank you for your understanding and continued support.

 

SHIPPING

We are currently partnered with DHL for international shipping to Australia.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 hours between Monday - Friday for orders received before 10am AEST.

Metro cities across Australia can expect delivery within 1 day excluding Perth and Cairns which will take 1-2 days. Rural areas across Australia will take anywhere between 2-3 days.

RETURNS

We want you to be able to shop confidently, knowing we’ve got your back! 

  • Items can be returned within 30 days for an exchange or refund. 
  • Items must be unworn with no signs of wear and tags attached (shoes must be in original box) 
  • Items marked as FINAL SALE are already heavily discounted and not eligible for a refund or exchange. 

Online purchases:

  • Please allow 1-2 working days for refunds to be processed.

T&Cs – the boring stuff:

  • You’ll need your Proof of purchase 
  • Sorry, for hygiene reasons, no returns on lingerie, swimwear and earrings

Cancellation

Once an order has been placed it unfortunately cannot be cancelled... however, if your feeling some serious buyers remorse (which, we can't exactly relate to at all... because we happen to think every item we stock is an absolute must-have!) then please get in contact with our team at care@floandfrankie.com.au who can help you exchange your item for something else – after all, we’re here for you and want to totally love your goodies.
